New enhancements to Full-service My Telesign accounts.

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our platform and services, we’re excited to introduce new enhancements to Full-service My Telesign accounts. 

These improvements give you access to clearer insights and greater flexibility, making it easier for you to access key resources and analyze your transaction data. 

What’s new in My Telesign

  1. Updated homepage UI: The new homepage layout makes it easier to access and manage your Customer ID, API keys, reports, account details, and support resources.
  1. Expanded report date ranges: Our updated transaction summary reports on the homepage and Messaging API, Verify API, and Phone ID product pages now provide access to your complete transaction history, starting from the moment your account was created. 
  1. New transaction report filter: Our new date-picker allows you to filter our updated transaction summary reports by specific date ranges within a month, offering you more control over how you view your data. You no longer need to be restricted to month-by-month or day-to-day filters—select any custom date range that fits your reporting needs.
